Aisha Jamila Hinds is an American actress who is best recognized for her appearances on the TV shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her debut in 2003, she has demonstrated her versatility in the role of actress with remarkable performances in TV series like 9-1-1 Detroit 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. Her first recognition came from her character Anna in the film Assault on Precinct 13. She was first recognized for her role in the biographical 2005 film All the Way.
